(any plans for alcohol must be approved by our Board of Trustees, any licenses required by the state and they City of Norman, must be provided by the hosting organization and/or person requesting the facility rental)

Please mark any items you might need for your event that can be provided by the Jacobson House. Depending on the amount will determine what we are able to supply, that can be discussed at consultation.

Please Note: If a parking variance is needed, the requesting organization or person of contact must submit the variance with the City of Norman and have the Jacobson House Native Art Center listed as the location for your event. We just need to be aware if one will be needed.

Please allow up to 48hrs for response, your request is not finalized or approved until you receive correspondence from Beto. Please look to your e-mail for that communication. Some events may need to be reviewed by our Board of Trustees depending on the nature of the event, we do not approve or allow any event associated with political campaigns or political parties.
